My journey in hospitality began with a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management, followed by an MBA in Communication and Project Management. Throughout my career, I remained curious and passionate about exploring the industry in depth, and one challenge stood out: there was no single hub that truly brought hospitality together.

From daily operations to connecting with suppliers, agencies, franchises, or even exploring businesses for sale, everything in hospitality was scattered across multiple platforms. That gap inspired the seed of DirectMoi back in early 2023.

The journey wasn’t easy. Like many young aspiring professionals, I faced career struggles, immigration hurdles, and the kind of behind-the-scenes challenges you’d expect from a TV serial drama. Yet the vision stayed alive — to create a dedicated hub where hospitality businesses could discover, meet, and grow together.

As DirectMoi began taking shape, something interesting happened during the process.
While building a solution for hospitality, I started noticing a much bigger pattern.

The challenges I was solving weren’t limited to restaurants or hotels.
They were the same challenges faced by:

• a consultancy in Dubai

• a boutique brand in Paris

Every business — not just hospitality — was looking for:
