The service has not violated our Terms and Conditions

The following services and categories are not eligible for refunds:
PROMOS or promotional offers
Discounted packages
Special deals or limited-time offers
Business For Franchise directory listings
Business For Sale directory listings
Services already fully delivered or consumed
4. Scope of Refunds
Refunds apply only to eligible listing or subscription services purchased through Direct Moi.
Refunds do not apply to:
Advertising or promotional campaigns already activated
Featured placements already published
Any non-refundable categories mentioned above
5. No Exchanges
Direct Moi does not offer exchanges for services.
Users must request a refund (if eligible) and make a new purchase separately.

Once your refund request is approved:
