  • The service has not violated our Terms and Conditions

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and categories are not eligible for refunds:

  • PROMOS or promotional offers

  • Discounted packages

  • Special deals or limited-time offers

  • Business For Franchise directory listings

  • Business For Sale directory listings

  • Services already fully delivered or consumed

4. Scope of Refunds

Refunds apply only to eligible listing or subscription services purchased through Direct Moi.

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Advertising or promotional campaigns already activated

  • Featured placements already published

  • Any non-refundable categories mentioned above

5. No Exchanges

Direct Moi does not offer exchanges for services.
Users must request a refund (if eligible) and make a new purchase separately.

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Stripe)

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
