This Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content Policy explains the rules governing the use of the DIRECT MOI Business Hub and the content that users may create, upload, publish, share, or otherwise make available through the platform.

YSR GROUP operates under the commercial name DIRECT MOI.

DIRECT MOI is a Business Hub that allows businesses, professionals, suppliers, organisations, and other users to create listings, publish information, communicate with other users, and promote their legitimate business activities.

By using DIRECT MOI, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Business Listing Policy, Review & Rating Policy, and applicable laws and regulations.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use DIRECT MOI for legitimate business, professional, informational, networking, promotional, and other lawful purposes supported by the platform.

You must use the platform responsibly and must not interfere with the rights, safety, privacy, security, or legitimate interests of other users, businesses, YSR GROUP, or third parties.

3. Accuracy and Honest Information

Information submitted to DIRECT MOI must be truthful and not misleading.

You must not:

• Create false business information;

• Misrepresent your identity or business;

• Impersonate another person or organisation;

• Claim qualifications, licences, certifications, or authorisations that you do not hold;

• Publish misleading descriptions of products or services;

• Make fraudulent commercial claims;

• Misrepresent prices, availability, business ownership, or services; or

• Deliberately provide inaccurate information in order to mislead users.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on DIRECT MOI.

a. Illegal Content

Content that promotes, facilitates, encourages, or assists unlawful activities is prohibited.

This includes content that facilitates fraud, theft, trafficking, unlawful financial activity, or other criminal conduct.

b. Fraud and Scams

You must not use DIRECT MOI to:

• Operate fraudulent schemes;

• Impersonate legitimate businesses;

• Collect money through deceptive offers;

• Publish fake business opportunities;

• Promote investment or financial scams;

• Use false identities;

• Publish fraudulent offers; or

• Mislead users about the nature or legitimacy of a business.

c. Intellectual Property Infringement

You must not publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

This includes unauthorised use of:

• Logos;

• Photographs;

• Videos;

• Written content;

• Brand names;

• Product images; or

• Other protected materials.

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights or permissions before uploading content.

d. Privacy and Personal Data

You must not publish another person’s private or confidential information without an appropriate legal basis or permission.

This includes, where applicable:

• Private telephone numbers;

• Personal addresses;

• Identity documents;

• Financial information;

• Passwords;

• Private correspondence; or

• Other sensitive or confidential information.

e. Malware and Security Threats

You must not upload, distribute, or link to:

• Viruses;

• Malware;

• Ransomware;

• Spyware;

• Malicious scripts;

• Harmful software; or

• Other material intended to compromise systems, accounts, or devices.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to DIRECT MOI, another user’s account, or any connected system.

f. Spam and Unsolicited Activity

You must not use DIRECT MOI for:

• Spam;

• Bulk unsolicited messages;

• Automated abuse;

• Repetitive promotional submissions;

• Fake enquiries;

• Artificial traffic generation;

• Manipulation of search results; or

• Other activities designed to abuse platform functionality.

g. Fake Reviews and Ratings

You must not:

• Create fake reviews;

• Purchase fake reviews;

• Manipulate ratings;

• Submit reviews for a business you have not genuinely experienced;

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings; or

• Threaten or improperly pressure users to change reviews.

Reviews are subject to our Review & Rating Policy.

h. Harassment and Abuse

You must not use DIRECT MOI to harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, bully, or abuse another person.

Content targeting individuals or organisations with threats or sustained abusive conduct may be removed.

i. Hate and Discrimination

Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics is prohibited.

j. Violent or Dangerous Content

You must not use DIRECT MOI to promote or facilitate unlawful violence, threats of violence, or dangerous criminal activity.

k. Sexual and Exploitative Content

Content involving sexual exploitation, exploitation of minors, trafficking, or other unlawful sexual activity is prohibited.

l. Child Sexual Abuse Material

Any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is strictly prohibited.

Such content may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. Business and Professional Activities

Businesses and professionals are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Where a particular activity requires a licence, registration, certification, professional qualification, or other authorisation, the listing owner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary authorisation.

Publication of a listing on DIRECT MOI does not mean that YSR GROUP has verified or certified the business, professional, licence, qualification, or legal status of the listing owner.

6. Misleading Commercial Practices

Users must not use DIRECT MOI to make misleading claims regarding:

• Business performance;

• Qualifications;

• Experience;

• Certifications;

• Products;

• Services;

• Prices;

• Discounts;

• Availability;

• Guarantees;

• Results;

• Customer numbers;

• Financial performance; or

• Business opportunities.

Users are responsible for ensuring that commercial information published through their listings is accurate and lawful.

7. Business Opportunities

DIRECT MOI may allow users to publish information about business opportunities, including opportunities involving the sale, transfer, partnership, investment, or franchising of businesses.

Users publishing such information are responsible for ensuring that:

• The opportunity genuinely exists;

• Information is accurate;

• Material facts are not deliberately concealed;

• Claims are not misleading; and

• The user has the authority to publish the opportunity.

DIRECT MOI does not guarantee that any business opportunity is legitimate, profitable, available, or suitable for a particular user.

8. Manipulation of the Platform

Users must not attempt to artificially manipulate DIRECT MOI’s platform, visibility, rankings, listings, reviews, or engagement.

Prohibited activities include:

• Creating fake accounts;

• Creating duplicate listings for manipulation;

• Artificially generating clicks or enquiries;

• Manipulating reviews or ratings;

• Using automated systems to abuse platform functionality;

• Attempting to circumvent restrictions or suspensions; and

• Attempting to manipulate search results or platform rankings.

9. Automated Access

You must not use bots, crawlers, scripts, scraping systems, or other automated methods to access or extract information from DIRECT MOI where such activity is not authorised.

This does not restrict legitimate search-engine indexing or other automated access expressly permitted by DIRECT MOI.

10. Links and External Websites

Links provided through DIRECT MOI must not direct users to:

• Malware;

• Fraudulent websites;

• Phishing pages;

• Illegal services;

• Content designed to compromise user security; or

• Other prohibited content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that external links included in their listings comply with applicable law and this Policy.

11. Account and Listing Responsibility

Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts and listings.

You must take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials and notify DIRECT MOI if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates this Policy.

12. Reporting Prohibited or Illegal Content

If you believe that content published on DIRECT MOI is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or otherwise violates this Policy, you can report it to us through our Contact page:

• The name or URL of the relevant listing or content;

• A description of the issue;

• The reason you believe the content violates this Policy or applicable law; and

13. Content Review and Moderation

As a growing Business Hub, DIRECT MOI uses a reasonable and proportionate approach to content moderation.

Content may be reviewed when:

• It is reported by a user;

• We become aware of a potential violation;

• We identify a potential security, fraud, or legal issue; or

• Review is otherwise necessary for the operation of the platform.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Request additional information;

• Contact the listing owner;

• Restrict or hide content;

• Remove content;

• Suspend a listing;

• Suspend an account; or

• Take other appropriate action.

Not every report will necessarily result in removal. We may decide that content does not violate our policies or applicable law.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

YSR GROUP may suspend or terminate an account or listing where reasonably necessary, including where:

• This Policy is violated;

• The Terms and Conditions are violated;

• Applicable law is violated;

• Fraudulent activity is suspected;

• Platform security is threatened;

• Repeated violations occur; or

• Continued access creates a significant risk to users or the platform.

Where appropriate and legally required, users may receive information about the reasons for a restriction or suspension.

15. Appeals and Complaints

If your content or account has been restricted, suspended, or removed and you believe this was done incorrectly, you may contact us through:

DIRECT MOI does not guarantee that all platform features, content, listings, or services will always be available.

We may temporarily restrict access for:

• Other legitimate operational reasons.
