Business Listing Policy

1. Introduction

This Business Listing Policy applies to businesses, professionals, suppliers, organisations, and other users who create, manage, or publish a listing on the DIRECT MOI Business Hub.

YSR GROUP operates under the commercial name DIRECT MOI.

This Policy explains the requirements and responsibilities associated with creating and maintaining a listing on the platform.

By creating or maintaining a listing, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and other applicable DIRECT MOI policies.

2. Listing Eligibility

DIRECT MOI is a unified Business Hub designed to help businesses, professionals, suppliers, and other legitimate commercial or professional activities improve their visibility and connect with potential customers, partners, and other businesses.

To create a listing, you must provide information that accurately represents the business, professional activity, organisation, product, service, or opportunity being presented.

YSR GROUP may determine whether a listing is suitable for publication on the DIRECT MOI platform.

3. Listing Information

Listing owners are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is:

Accurate and up to date;
Complete to the extent reasonably necessary;
Lawful;
Not misleading or deceptive;
Relevant to the listed activity;
Properly authorised; and
Not infringing the rights of another person or organisation.

This may include business name, description, category, contact details, location, website, services, products, images, social media links, opening information, and other listing information.

Listing owners must promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

4. Business Ownership and Authorisation

You must have the authority to create and manage a listing for the business, organisation, professional activity, or other entity represented by the listing.

You must not:

Create a listing for a business you do not represent;
Impersonate another business or professional;
Claim ownership of a business without authorisation;
Use another person’s identity or business information without permission; or
Create a misleading listing designed to appear to represent another organisation.

Where appropriate, DIRECT MOI may request information or documentation to verify a listing or its ownership.

5. Duplicate Listings

Users should not create multiple listings for the same business, professional activity, service, or location where doing so could mislead users or manipulate search visibility.

DIRECT MOI may merge, restrict, or remove duplicate or substantially duplicate listings.

Different legitimate locations, brands, branches, or business activities may be permitted where they represent genuinely distinct operations.

6. Listing Categories and Information

Listing owners are responsible for selecting the most appropriate category and providing accurate information about their business or activity.

DIRECT MOI may modify a category, tag, classification, title, or other listing element where reasonably necessary to improve accuracy, consistency, searchability, or the user experience.

Such changes do not transfer ownership of the listing to DIRECT MOI.

7. Images, Logos and Other Media

Listing owners are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use images, logos, photographs, videos, graphics, and other media uploaded to a listing.

You must not upload content that:

Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
Uses another person’s image without appropriate permission where required;
Is misleading or materially inaccurate;
Contains illegal or harmful material; or
Violates applicable law or DIRECT MOI policies.

DIRECT MOI may remove media that violates these requirements.

8. Prohibited Listings and Activities

DIRECT MOI may refuse, restrict, suspend, or remove listings relating to activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate for the platform.

Listings must not be used to:

Promote illegal activities;
Facilitate fraud or scams;
Publish false or deceptive business information;
Promote counterfeit goods or unlawful services;
Infringe intellectual property or other rights;
Promote harassment, threats, or abusive activity;
Distribute malware or other harmful material;
Misrepresent qualifications, licences, certifications, or professional status;
Manipulate reviews, ratings, or platform visibility;
Publish spam or misleading promotional content; or
Circumvent platform rules, payment requirements, or security measures.

Additional restrictions may apply to particular categories or services.

9. Regulated Activities and Professional Claims

Where a business or professional activity requires a licence, registration, certification, qualification, authorisation, or other legal requirement, the listing owner is responsible for ensuring that the relevant requirements are satisfied.

Listing owners must not claim to hold a licence, certification, qualification, accreditation, or professional status that they do not legitimately possess.

DIRECT MOI may request supporting information where appropriate.

Publication of a listing does not constitute verification, certification, accreditation, or endorsement by YSR GROUP.

10. Business For Sale, Franchise and Commercial Opportunities

DIRECT MOI may allow users to publish listings relating to businesses, commercial opportunities, franchise opportunities, or other business activities.

Listing owners are responsible for ensuring that all information relating to such opportunities is accurate and not misleading.

DIRECT MOI does not guarantee:

That a business will be sold;
That a franchise will be granted;
That an opportunity will receive enquiries;
That a transaction will be completed;
The financial performance of a business or opportunity; or
The accuracy of financial or commercial claims submitted by a listing owner.

Listing owners must update or remove information when an opportunity is no longer available or materially changes.

11. Contact Information and Communication

Listing owners are responsible for ensuring that contact information they publish is accurate and that they have the right to publish it.

DIRECT MOI may provide communication or enquiry functionality to facilitate contact between users and listed businesses.

YSR GROUP is not responsible for communications, negotiations, agreements, or transactions entered into between users and listing owners.

12. Reviews and Ratings

Where reviews or ratings are available, listing owners must not:

Create fake reviews;
Pay or improperly incentivise people to create misleading reviews;
Manipulate ratings;
Submit reviews pretending to be another person; or
Attempt to unfairly damage another business through false reviews.

Reviews and ratings are subject to applicable DIRECT MOI review and moderation rules.

13. Listing Approval and Moderation

DIRECT MOI may review listings before or after publication.

A listing may be:

Approved;
Rejected;
Temporarily restricted;
Suspended;
Modified;
Unpublished; or
Permanently removed.

DIRECT MOI may take such action where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain platform quality, comply with applicable law, enforce its policies, or protect the security and integrity of the platform.

Publication of a listing does not guarantee that it will remain published indefinitely.

14. Changes and Removal of Listings

Listing owners may be able to update or manage their listings through the platform.

YSR GROUP may also modify, restrict, suspend, or remove a listing where necessary under this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or legitimate platform requirements.

Where a listing is removed because it violates this Policy or applicable law, the removal does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Any refund entitlement is governed by the applicable Refund Policy and mandatory legal rights.

15. Listing Duration and Renewal

Where a paid listing or subscription has a defined duration or automatic renewal, the applicable duration, renewal conditions, and pricing will be presented at the time of purchase.

Listing owners are responsible for managing their subscriptions and keeping their account information up to date.

16. Paid Listings and Visibility Services

DIRECT MOI may offer paid listing plans, featured listings, promotional placements, advertising, or other visibility services.

Payment provides access to the specific service or visibility feature purchased and does not guarantee:

A specific number of visitors;
Leads or enquiries;
Customers;
Sales;
Business partnerships;
Franchisees;
Buyers; or
Any particular commercial result.

Paid placement does not constitute certification or endorsement by YSR GROUP.

Refunds for paid services are governed by the Refund Policy.

17. Business Status Changes

Listing owners are responsible for keeping their listings accurate when their business circumstances change.

This includes changes such as:

Business closure;
Sale or transfer of the business;
Change of ownership;
Change of business activity;
Change of contact information;
Change in availability of a product or service;
Completion or withdrawal of a business opportunity; or
Changes to a franchise or commercial opportunity.

Where relevant, listing owners should promptly update, pause, or remove the listing.

18. Verification and Claiming a Listing

DIRECT MOI may provide features allowing businesses or authorised representatives to claim or manage an existing listing.

A claim does not automatically establish legal ownership unless the relevant verification process confirms the claimant’s authority.

YSR GROUP may request reasonable evidence of authority before granting management access to a listing.

19. Platform Rights

YSR GROUP reserves the right to manage the DIRECT MOI platform in accordance with applicable law and its policies.

This includes the right to:

Review listings;
Request additional information;
Modify categories or listing presentation;
Restrict or remove content;
Suspend or terminate accounts;
Restrict access to particular features; and
Take reasonable measures to protect the platform and its users.

20. Responsibility of Listing Owners

By creating a listing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

The information you submit;
The legality of your business or activity;
Your products and services;
Your communications with users;
Your compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
Your intellectual property rights;
Keeping your listing accurate and current; and
Any claims or representations made through your listing.

21. Relationship with DIRECT MOI

Creating or maintaining a listing does not create a partnership, agency, employment, franchise, joint venture, or other legal relationship between the listing owner and YSR GROUP unless separately agreed in writing.

DIRECT MOI provides a platform for visibility and connection and does not act as a representative of the businesses or professionals listed on the platform unless expressly agreed.

22. Policy Updates

YSR GROUP may update this Business Listing Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the DIRECT MOI platform, services, business model, legal requirements, or operating practices.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
